Mr. Google - This video is one way to use Google Earth with 5-7 year olds. Google Certified Teacher Dorothy Burt created the original kmz file which can be found here. It was created for students at her daughter's school, the Grey Lynn School in Auckland, NZ. She received locations and pictures related to the children's winter holidays (vacations).


The Oregon Trail Project was created with pictures used under Fair Use for use strictly in our classroom. As a result, the movie below was captured without the bubbles showing. When seen as created, the bubbles include text and pictures. This movie is still a great depiction of the route taken many years ago.
